Caudal is a new trio featuring Aidan Baker (CA – Nadja, Whisper Room, ARC) on guitar, Gareth Sweeney (IE – Gout) on bass, and Felipe Salazar (CO – Muerte En Pereira) on drums. Baker’s multi-layered, heavily affected guitar overlays Sweeney and Salazar’s driving, propulsive rhythm section creating music equally influenced by krautrock, post-punk, and spacerock. They are currently working on material for their debut album.

I’ve been putting off compiling the 3rd issue of this zine for years now. Its a difficult process mentally, but I feel its necessary at the moment. Its a small thing but I would like to contribute somehow to the dialog around mental health in the punk scene. So anyone with any submissions/ideas/ thoughts is welcome to send them to the email address or contact me through tumblr.
This is a zine that I hope, can in some small way, help us get stronger and be able to look after each other better. These are dark times and its not easy to fuck shit up when you’re fucked up yourself.
Stay up. Don’t let the bastards get you down.
